DRILLING
No current drilling operation. Plans are ongoing to carry-out rig-less interventions on some of the well strings.
PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES
SunTrust Oil and its partner, sustained production operation during the month, December 2017, under review. Plans are ongoing to ramp up production as reserve production capacities (RPC) with NAOC and Shell increase. Various facility upgrade and debottlenecking activities currently ongoing.
CRUDE EXPORT
Injection through the Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (“NAOC”) and the Umugini Asset Company Limited (“UACL”) export pipeline was sustained during the month under review with minimal downtimes.
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS
SunTrust and its partner, Midwestern, embarked on several community development initiatives during Q4 2017 as follows;
- Commissioning of a block of 5 classrooms in Lagos Ogbe-Ogbeani community
- Scholarship award/starter pack presentation
- Inauguration of 2017 skill acquisition beneficiaries
SunTrust Oil GM Finance and Admin, Mrs. Rachel Akhuetie, led the SunTrust team to the Umusadege field to award scholarships to beneficiaries and to present Starter Packs to graduands of the skill acquisition programme.
