HRM EBITIMI BANIGO
Ebitimi is a graduate of Harvard University, USA, where he obtained a B.SC in Economics and Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He was the Minister of Science and Technology between 1999 and 2000. He was also the group chairman of Allstates Trust Bank PLC.
In addition to his experience in Allstates Bank, he has also worked with Citibank, New York; Citicorp International Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank. He served on the board of the Nigerian American Chambers of Commerce between 1984 and 1991.
Ugo is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School with specializations in Corporate and Commercial Law. Ugo obtained a JD (Juris Doctorate) from the Vanderbilt University School of Law, USA. He attended the University of Nigeria where he was awarded an LLB degree after which he was awarded a BL (Barrister at Law) at the Nigerian Law School.
Ugo also obtained a Certificate in Financial Modeling and Petroleum Project Economics at IHRDC (International Human Resources Development Corporation) Boston, USA.
He began his career with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA); and thereafter was with Foundation Trust, Lagos; Lord Bissell & Brook in Atlanta Georgia, USA and Good Works International, LLC, USA.
Ugo currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at SunTrust Oil.
ENGR TONY NWOSU
Anthony attended the University of Ibadan where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He proceeded to Imperial College, University of London where he obtained a Masters Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He also obtained Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Anthony has worked with Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited, as a Well Site Engineer. In addition, he was employed by Texaco Overseas (Nigeria) Petroleum Company Limited and has served the company in different positions: Drilling Engineer; Operations Engineer; Reservoir Engineer; Head Reservoir Engineer; Assistant Chief Petroleum Engineer; Public Affairs Manager and Manager, Petroleum Engineering. He resigned from the company on 31 May 2001. Specifically, he has undertaken the design of drilling, completion and work over programs; planning, forecasting, scheduling and coordination of reservoir and field studies, reserves determination, development drilling, formation evaluation and production, strategic planning; Log and PVT analysis and BHP interpretations.
Foreign assignments undertaken by Anthony include: Optimization study of Ewinti-5 and Ala-3 Reservoirs using SSI Petroleum Workbench (Texaco Houston); Reservoir simulation study using GeoQuest ECLIPSE simulator (Texaco London); and Production optimization study of Okubie (Marginal) Field using PIPEPHASE software (Texaco Bellaire, Texas).
He has received over thirteen awards for outstanding performance and contribution to the oil and gas industry. The awards were received both within and outside Nigeria. Anthony was also a Nigerian Government and Commonwealth scholar.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers; registered member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Council member, Society of Petroleum Engineers, Associate member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and member, American Management Association (AMA).
OLOROGUN EMERHOR ORTEGA
Ortega is a first class honours graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He started his career in PriceWaterhouse where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has since held management positions with several organizations Nigeria International Bank Limited, Fidelity Union Merchant Bank,
Guaranty Trust and Crystal Bank. He is currently the Chief Executive of Standard Alliance Group.
